They worry that they'll receiving an overwhelming response that could be difficult to manage. I've even seen it on the flip side where some print business owners are afraid of the success posting on Linkedin might bring. A lack of confidence in the ability to share their wins at this risk of being too showy off. Being afraid of sharing thoughts or ideas in case they receive negative feedback. Quite often the fear of judgement can play a big part. The problem is, you could me missing out on wonderful opportunities by not doing so. It's something I come across more frequently than expected when working with clients.
